We are seeking qualified candidates for the following positions :

Site Mechanical Engineer

 Duties, responsibilities & authorities:

  • Interface with co-engineers, sub-contractors, suppliers and site about day to day work plans, accomplishment & critical schedules.
  • Review, analyze & resolve site coordinating issues with M&E sub-contractors & site civil supervisor.
  • Maintain daily recap of events for review with the Project Manager on a weekly basis.
  • Coordinate safety efforts, quality control, ISO quality manuals during working time and weekly sub-contractors meeting.
  • Interpret plans, drawings, details and specs for M&E sub-contractors and craftsmen workers. Perform materials take-off & create materials requisitions.
  • Pro-active in the contract administration, scheduling, costing, estimates quality control and supervision of the project.
  • Check shop drawings and as-built drawings.
  • Supervise & direct M&E sub-contractors, suppliers, labor force & coordinate with Clients direct contractors to project completion.
  • Assure that schedule and quality is fully understood by the M&E sub-contractors.
  • Implement and overseer compliance of related processes based on the organization’s KTMS.PH Integrated Management System
  • Execute all the necessary changes of related processes relevant to KTMS.PH Integrated Management System
  • Any task in relation to the designation directed by Supervisor or Top Management.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s of science in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Must have valid professional license issued by the Professional Regulation Commission
  • At minimum 3 years pro-active experience in general & building constructions works.
  • Sound working knowledge of ISO quality standards, Safety rules & regulation and QA/QC standards, Fire & Mechanical Code of the Philippines.
  • With sound working knowledge of, and experience with contract documentations, procedures, administration & supervision of construction work.       
  • Fully conversant with Microsoft Office & Microsoft Project software.                         
  • Good communication skills both verbal & written.

Site Electrical Engineer

Duties, responsibilities & authorities:

  • Must have valid professional license issued by the Professional Regulation Commission
  • At minimum 3 years pro-active experience in general & building constructions works.
  • With sound working knowledge of, and experience with contract documentations, procedures, administration & supervision of construction work.                
  • Good communication skills both verbal & written.
  • Fully conversant with Microsoft Office & Microsoft Project software.
  • Sound working knowledge of ISO quality standards, Safety rules & regulation and QA/QC standards, Fire & Electrical Code of the Philippines.

QAQC Engineer

Duties, responsibilities & authorities:

  • Interface with co-engineers, sub-contractors, suppliers and site office about day to day work plans, accomplishment, critical schedules, and quality control & assurance policies of KPI.
  • Report site coordinating issues with sub-contractors and team members.
  • Coordinate safety efforts, quality control, ISO quality manuals during working time and weekly cub-contractors meeting.
  • Interpret plans, drawings, details and specs for sub-contractors and craftsmen workers.
  • Inspect all incoming materials, equipment & tools against specifications, drawings, technical manufacturer’s data & control any item found with defects.
  • Physically attend all laboratories testing of acquired samples from the project sites, ensure that laboratory equipment are calibrated.
  • Inform supervisors of any non-conformities & responsible for its control until removal from site, investigate the alleged causes of the failure of the material.
  • Perform daily onsite inspection of the sub-contractor’s workmanships, materials being used, review daily QC sub-contractor’s report & prepare QA reports.
  • Pro-active in the quality control and supervision of the project.
  • Prepare and distribute RFI’s.
  • Inform supervisors of site personnel problems.
  • Take & prepare meeting minutes for all sub-contractor’s meetings.
  • Check shop drawings and as-built drawings.
  • Supervise sub-contractors, suppliers, labor force & coordinate with Clients direct contractors to project completion.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelors’ of Science in Civil Engineer
  • Must have valid professional license issued by the Professional Regulation Commission
  • At minimum 3 years’ experience in construction site supervision
  • Quality Control & Quality Assurance implementation & documentation
  • Knowledgeable on ISO quality standards, Safety rules & regulation and QA/QC standards, National Building Code of the Philippines
  • Fully conversant with Microsoft Office & Knowledge in Microsoft Project software. Knowledge in estimate, interpretation of plans and specifications & knowledge in CADD
  • Good English communication skills both verbal & written.
